I was visit this store for upgrade my phone 3 p.m , there is 2 customer after they have to Help me but after me , one person came, guy start helping her came after me & telling me wait ,we are busy ,no value of time & wasting my time ,I am disappointed so I left from there. I upgrade on line my phone.

The service at the Fergus, Ontario location is exemplary. I came into the store on behalf of a Roger’s customer who was in hospital and needed help with his cell phone. Caitlin, the representative, was familiar with the Rogers’s customer I was helping out. She answered all of my questions. She is kind, helpful and patient. An asset to Roger’s.

Kaitlyn at Rogers was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly, personable, and upfront about all of the information and deals available. She answered all of our questions and genuinely made us feel like she was helping us find the best option for us, rather than just trying to make a sale. The whole process was simple and easy, and she explained everything perfectly so we understood exactly what we were getting. We really appreciated her help!! :)
