Rachel was fantastic, she tried everything to get our phone to work using data only, but it sounds like it's not just our phone. Hopefully Rogers gets this problem corrected very soon.

I can see why this store has such a high star rating. Every person that walks on the store is immediately greeted, acknowledged and let know their expectation in wait time. Damien was the young man that helped me. He was absolutely fantastic. Very friendly,fast and extremely efficient and knowledgeable. He didn't try to upsell me to something more expensive but found out what I was looking for and explained my different options clearly and without pressure.
