Always closed when I go there
Got scammed over a call then I visited to Rogers Timmins and the store manager MR. Shivam Chandan saved me from this scam…. He is so knowledgeable and so helpful at the same time…. Highly recommend everyone to visit this store….
I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I waited for about 15 minutes, but instead of being served, customers who arrived after me were helped first. I understand that staff can be busy, but customers should be treated fairly and served in the order they arrived. I eventually left the store because I felt ignored and frustrated with the service. I hope management can improve customer service and ensure a better experience for everyone.
Seeing as rogers media is impossible to leave a review I'm leaving it here. DO Not WASTE your MONEY with radio adds!! Costed over 10000 and got no call from it over a whole year... No one listens to radio anymore!!! And at over 1100 bucks a month on a contract u can't get out of and even when the contract is up u have to fight with them to stop sending invoices!!! Lessons learnt rogers is the biggest scam company for mobile users also just saying!!
I had a very upsetting experience at the Rogers Timmins store. The store manager falsely accused me of being rude, raised his voice, and threatened to call the police, even though I remained calm and respectful throughout the interaction. Instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, he chose to yell and escalate the situation. This behavior is unacceptable and not what customers expect from a company like Rogers.
