Having walked-in customer services twice have been such an awesome grear experiences as the staff here are great giving us the best value-of-money options for changing our mobile and WiFI plans and roaming service for our short trips! ANU & MAYUR are the great staff provided us with their services! 👍👍👍👍🌷🌷🌷🌷
My 91 year old mother with a( relatively ) new phone and contract from Roger’s was just there and treated with a total disrespect from a young kid telling her to go to a “ repair” shop when the solution was just to empty the cache … I do NOT recommend this store to anyone of any age and would recommend sending this young man to a re-education facility for 6 months on how to treat elders …
I had a great experience here thanks to Manan, who worked hard to get me the best deals, and was extremely patient and kind in explaining the options and walking me through the whole process.
Twice we have visited this Rogers store to set up accounts and have been very impressed with the help we have received - courteous, professional and comprehensive. Most recently this was exemplified by Mayur Padaniya.
