Been a customer for 26 years and never got a free phone upgrade or credit for all the over charge fees they charged me for a plan ive had for years. Tired of calling their foreign service providers cause the bill doesn't get cheaper it remains the same. Switch to bell and port your number to get unlimited gigs of data and unlimited calling canada and u.s for $60 a month.
Just tried again... over 2 hours and automatically disconnected. Rogers service does not exist. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Service is essentially non-existent. Tried their support line due to no service with my phone. I started 63rd in the queue, waited over 2 hours and then I was automatically disconnected. Tried again but it said that it was too busy to every try. Tried again and was 95th in the queue.
