I just spent over 2 hours on the phone being transferred back and forth from business to personal side then back to business. I was trying to transfer a number that was part of business bundle into a separate personal account. Spending over 2 hours on the phone they still could not do it and gave me just a generic number for business department that, by that time was already closed. I am AMAZED with the quality of service. Will cancel ALL MY SERVICES with Rogers and will not give them another cent.
Absolutly the most atrocious service i ever experienced with a service provider. Elevated my issue to a manager who knew ansolutly nothing and aounded like a broken record. I have lied to by thwir service department and generally used a as a piece of trash. Giving them a one atar ratimg is actually too good!!!
