As a senior citizen it is very difficult to understand the technology of today especially on our phones. I came in to Rogers in Bradford and Ryan took care of all my needs not only did he explain it to me step by step he actually typed it out for me so when I got home I would be able to refer to it on my own. More people should be employed in customer service like Ryan especially helping out our seniors today. Thank you Ryan you are amazing.

Came in for my hardware upgrades on our family plan and Ria was so super amazing to deal with! I was dreading it as it usually takes hours but she not only was super friendly and amazing, got it done quickly, explained everything and saved me money!! Thank you, Ria!

Terrible internet speed and random disconnects throughout regularly. Im sure the cell service is great but please dont us the internet. Im trying to cancel internet service and was told I'd be charged $570 for discontinuing a service that never provided speeds even ½ the advertised speed. Use Bell or Telmax
