I was told I might get a survey for my experience but I never did get one so I would just like to say thank you to Christie I believe that was her name I was at Walmart during the power outage a few weeks ago while it was closed I seen rogers so I went in looking for a new phone and she helped me get pretty much exactly what I wanted she was easy to talk to like we were friends which makes things so much easier she helped transfer everything over she just made everything easy
Great experience with Rogers! Friendly and knowledgeable staff like Cristy @ Sault Ste. Marie Branch for quick service, and very helpful throughout the whole process. Really satisfied with the customer service. Highly recommend!
