Getting 5 stars because of Xavier and his coworker tonight. Delt with Xavier prior who made things fun and simple which was a great experiance. Have an on going issue not due to this store and his attitude with us tonight was amazing. Friendly, helpful, inviting; but he knew how to get to the bottom of our issue and get things escalated to the proper channels. He deserves raise for sure. Overall awesome experience! Ryan was very friendly, patient and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure everything was set up properly. I really appreciated the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend him and this store to anyone!

I was told by Rogers to bring my old device back to the store with the return label that was emailed to me. The men working today September 16 2026 were absolutely the most rudest men I have ever dealt with. He had a condescending tone and attitude when I repeated what I was told to do by the agent on Rogers phone. The man working told me I had to go to Purolater across the street and that he wouldn't do it. The men working this morning may be the rudest and most disrespectful people I have ever seen working in a customer service field . They definitely all need training in how to speak to people. There parents should be ashamed of the way they turned out.
