Likely the best customer experience ever at a Rogers store. The young lady that helped me had fantastic customer service skills, explained everything clearly and concisely. Rogers should be proud to have such a competent friendly person representing their business.
I would like to rate a wifi router i recently started using. It doesnt work its the vantiva. No pings all it seems to do is try to load and times out. Picture quality is very low it freezes all the time. Has anyone else been experiencing these issues I see the owner reacts to their friends comments but not when someone has an issue. I called many times for replacement but no one answers the phone.
Fantastic friendly service, I could not be happier. I highly recommend!
