Had a bit of a wait to see someone but the service I received made it all worth while. Gary helped my husband and I out today and was personable, informative, helpful and explained everything so well. From contemplating a new provider, we've become Rogers fans ! Thank you Gary so much!!

Fantastic experience in the store today! Staff was awesome, went above and beyond for us. Mittal (I’m so sorry if I’m getting this wrong) was amazing, super helpful, and very personable, we were there for hours and he was very helpful the entire time, ensuring we were satisfied. Keep it up!

Absolutely the worst service from this location. No one asked if I needed anything. After I went up to the counter to ask a question and the information I got I needed to call Rogers to do what I needed. I sat on hold for almost an hour to be told no because it had to be done in store. So they don't know their own policies and procedures. I now have to take more time and go to another store and get help.

I've tried calling and got no answer, I don't think they care about customer service unless youre signing a new contract, trying to find somewhere to replace remote, pretty sad it's easier to use Amazon then through my own rogers account, which they also make frustrating to log into...about as frustrating as waiting for tech help.
