Very disappointing experience at this location. I called and went to the store for troubleshooting which was not possible doing it myself. The agent (Navpreet) who helped me was unprofessional, poor english, seemed unsure of what she was doing, rushing me, she also commented that "Give me your phone, if I do it, will be quicker".
