I had one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered dealing with Amir Koosiaei at Rogers. The experience was excellent only until the sale was completed. Once the product was sold and the commission was earned, any interest in helping the customer seemed to disappear. When I had questions about the services and issues related to my account, I was met with a dismissive attitude and was even told that answering my questions was “not my job” and that his role was simply to sell products. Store manager & Assistant manager.very nice & Friendly & good customer service.
I had a very poor experience at this retail store. I was hoping to review my current options for a new plan, but the store manager was focused entirely on upselling rather than helping. He heavily pushed a credit card and kept trying to sell me expensive packages that didn't fit my needs. When it became clear I wasn't going to make a purchase today, he handed me off to another employee and walked away. Very disappointing management and poor customer care.
