Can anyone from the management take action about the staff in this store? The lady was dismissive and none of them was willing to help. Like come on, what is the store for?? Zero customer service skills!
I had a wonderful experience of getting a complicated request done quickly in this branch thanks to Sarv and Morteza. I believe they go out of their way to leave no stone unturned to make sure they get the best deal for their customers. I'd highly recommend anyone living Fairview Mall to use this Rogers branch for Rogers services. Sarv and Morteza provide an exceptional level of intelligence when it comes to absolute customer satisfaction.
Great experience with Bahar !!! She was super patient with helping me get my grandparents sorted with new sim cards and keeping their phone numbers!! She even made sure we got the bundle plan for their tv, internet, home phone and 2 mobile numbers! She went through the billing to show my grandpa how it works. Absolutely amazing! I had a very disappointing experience at the Rogers store in Fairview Mall. We were dealing with a customer service representative named Sam, and unfortunately, he was extremely unhelpful. We spent two and a half hours waiting and trying to get assistance, but he showed no interest in helping us solve our problem. Instead of providing proper customer service, he kept making the situation more difficult and was unwilling to offer any real help.
