I had a terrible experience at this store. The sales associates misled me about multiple promotions just to make a sale. I was told that my phone protection plan would be covered under a promotion for the first month, and I was also convinced to buy an adapter because I was promised a $20 credit on my bill. Today I was at the Rogers store at the Fairview Mall and two people in the morning Justin and Sharmaine very helpful setting up my iPhone 16 and returning in the evening with the help with the 2 apps Ravi was the best and very helpful and fixed everything.
