We had a great experience at Rogers today thanks to Parth and Aman. Parth, the manager, was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. He was also training Aman, who was so kind, friendly, and wonderful to deal with as well. Unfortunately, due to our own mistake, the process ended up taking much longer than expected, but both of them were extremely understanding and never made us feel rushed or stressed. I went in today and the customer service was honestly 10/10. He greeted us with a smile and so much patience while helping me replace my SIM card after I accidentally ran my phone over with a lawn mower 😭. He made the whole process way less stressful and was super kind, funny and professional the entire time. Really appreciated the help!
