Kaviya at this branch was so kind, professional and supportive. She helped me with the replacement SIM card in less than 3 minutes. I will surely visit this location in future for all my Rogers affairs.
The staff were nice and helpful. They helped my family with setting up their eSim and making the phone fully setup and ready to go. They also provided a good service to add a screen protector for the outside of the folding phone.
I love this location! The staff were great especially Kavya. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. This branch is not as busy as the malls so service is faster.
