I had one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered dealing with Amir Koosiaei at Rogers. The experience was excellent only until the sale was completed. Once the product was sold and the commission was earned, any interest in helping the customer seemed to disappear. When I had questions about the services and issues related to my account, I was met with a dismissive attitude and was even told that answering my questions was “not my job” and that his role was simply to sell products.
