Their customer care service is very bad, you have to wait for 2-3 hours on call and after that they do not reply proper I would recommend not to use their service.
Very good service
The girl at the counter was extremely rude, unhelpful, and interrupted me multiple times when I was trying to explain why I was there and what I needed help with. First time I visited the store the man who helped was very patient, but the absolute lack of customer service on her part was really surprising and frankly has left a lasting impression on how I feel about Rogers.
The employees do not want to be there and are treating me like I'm asking for charity I was just trying to get a phone plan
