I have never experienced such excellent service anywhere else before! Everyone who has helped me at this store has been friendly, kind, and so very helpful. However, Joyelle, is the absolute BEST! Highly recommend if you have phone needs.
I am so disappointed that calling them you have to wait over 1hr 15 min to hear from anyone and still not have anyone come on and see what you are calling for. I even tried to call yesterday morning and waited 45 min and couldnt spend another min waiting for someone to come to the phone. IS EVERYONE ON VACATION ? THERE has to be people working to take customers calls. !!!! Karan was absolutely amazing! Professional kind, and was able to fix a problem I’ve been having for the last two days with my cell phone. He went over and beyond, and I was very impressed with his willingness to help and professionalism. I came in with 30 mins left & apparently there wasn’t enough time to help me. It takes 10 mins what I needed done, done it before with bell lol. Guys just wanted to home early I guess. Don’t recommend this place anymore.
I was lied to about connection fee's and also was left in the dark about promotions. Do better not a good way to treat customers!
