No service! They gave me a number to call. In the past 7 days called over 10 times and on hold for on average 45 minutes each time. Tried all departments and same issue. They simply do not care.
He is fantastic - Harry. He has taken care of me twice now, and I have been so very pleased with the service that I got and all the help.
