The staff there may not always be able to fix the problem, But they will almost die trying. And it is amazing how much they care to help the customer try to fix whatever issues they are having. Malcolm is exceptionally good at his job and his customer interactions! Amazing experience everytime!
I got a new unlocked iPhone from a third-party store and made an error when transferring data from my old iPhone to the new one. I ended up not being able to switch my e-Sim cellular from my old phone to my new one. I went into the Rogers store at the Pen Centre and had a fantastic experience. I had Tyler A. help me today, he did a fantastic job. He helped me go through every possible plan through two accounts without hesitation, and answered every question I had! Thanks Tyler and great job!! Customer satisfied!!
Tylor did a great job helping us change our plans. He was very helpful and suggested some great Wi-Fi plans that fit our needs. I really appreciate his help and excellent customer service.
