I was at the Pen Centre today with my elderly father (sorry dad, but true) Lukas helped him buy a new phone today. It was a simple flip phone, but Lukas spent the time to show him how to use it, and helped him enter a couple of emergency phone contacts. I can't thank you enough.

Came to get a new phone at Rogers Lucas the tech who helped me out was incredible, super helpful, knowledgeable, and a great guy!
Aug 20 Was in the store to resolve an issue with my data service on my tablet. I had spent over1 1/2 hours on the phone with customer service having a line removed from my plan and I was not going to face that again. Bottom line Rogers Telephone support is very poor (very!!) Tyler at the St. Catharines store resolved the data issue with my tablet. He had issues with the “back office” support as well so it not just customers its employees too.
