Today I had a pleasure meeting a wonderful young lady named Shreya Patel. She was extremely welcoming and helped us to help us. She was very patient and knowledgeable. I just want to express my gratitude to her.
Awesome guy Moses was. Despite a irrational customer in the store.
By far the absolute worst store ever. They made us wait 30 minutes and there still serving the same clients. This is an absolutely disgrace. They have no respect for anyone’s time!
Was in today to upgrade my phone and was helped by Tyler (the gent with the Scooby-Doo lanyard and cool tattoos). He was an absolute gem and helped me out so much for my first time upgrading in-store. He was so helpful and kind, and amazing to chat with. Very grateful for the wicked awesome customer service from everyone there!
My wife came in today and she praises about the customer service given. Moses helped her set up the phone transfer and says he was very patience, helpful and got everything working perfectly.
