Hitakshi was an angel. She solved my problems, set me up with a new phone and credit card with patience and understanding. Competent and very caring.
I would give 0 stars if I could. This was by far the most frustrating customer service experience I have ever had. I purchased an iPhone 16 Pro Max from this store in November 2025 and nearly seven months later started receiving calls demanding an additional $480 due to an alleged error made during my activation. Great customer service and help from Hitakshi. Great experience!
Awful experience!!! Tang the door bell, before entering told the person why I was there. That I received an upgrade phone and needed my data transferred. Let me in with not a word exchanged. After waiting 1/2 hour, same person asks why I was there. Repeated myself, and then I’m told we don’t do that here, because you purchased it through Rogers. You’re going to have to go to a corporate store…..no apology…no explanation.
Its crazy the wait time rogers has considering the amount of overseas employees yall have and the funding yall really get from the government funding to expand the network - then they go update the app and dotn allow updated unless you have certain devices - that a great way to get people to get new phones or cancel services
