i wanted to get e sim for my active plan but there is this one girl which says its 10$ to activate an esim whereas when i went to other rogers store they did it for me for free but they tell me that some stores its free. which does not make sense at all. is this the type of customer service we are looking for? just because the location is in brampton that does not mean that you can charge for anything. please don’t hire such useless people
