If I could give less I would. This is by far the most useless customer service I have ever experienced.
The worst experience. Dealing with Rogers is terrible to begin with, Customer service is not their focus. I’m not sure if it’s their staff that doesn’t understand the new eSIM procedure, Or if they’re all new, or if they just don’t care. Hard to tell. Buying a new phone took over 3 And a half Hours, When explaining my frustration to the manager, He just didn’t care. I think that’s Rogers new mantra. Do yourself a favor, choose a different provider at the very least choose a different Rogers store than the Ellice location.
I recently visited the Red Wireless Rogers location and had the pleasure of being assisted by Vasudha. Even though my issue couldn’t be fully resolved due to complications with my credit union, I still wanted to leave a review because of the excellent service she provided. Pawanjat helped me with my questions about iphone upgrades. While doing so, he noticed my wifi was too much and was able to apply a newer, better deal to lower my wifi bill. Very happy with my experiences with this store and try to use it as my base store! Thanks again!
