Never pick up the call
This company went down the drain. After 2 years contract the price went up again and again. I canceled it then they called me back for a royalty offer. I wasn’t took it. The bill over charged with no adjustment and call many times had to wait for more than one hour and right finally has someone answer but put me on hold more than one hour. Come to the store they told me will not help me on adjusting the bill even though show him the payment history and bills, only call customer service . Very friendly, prompt service from Pawanjot. He was very helpful with my phone upgrade and even found out my modem was outdated and set me up with a new one, without me having to ask. Customer service at its finest.
If I could give less I would. This is by far the most useless customer service I have ever experienced.
