I visited this Rogers branch today to handle a simple matter. The two female employees present were polite, professional, and treated customers with respect. Unfortunately, the male staff member (who appeared to be in a supervisory or senior role) displayed the most rude, dismissive, and unprofessional behavior I have ever encountered at a Rogers location. I had an absolutely amazingly amazing experience last weekend. I had lost my phone and made it to the store with ten minutes remaining. Rihanna, the wonderful worker, helped me replace and upgrade my phone and plan. Rihanna was empathetic to my troubles and really made the visit very calming, clear, and helpful. Even though we went after hours Rihanna was my lifesaver!
