My family and I received great service from Ashkey. We had one of our lease contracts come up and ahe stayed after her shift ended to make sure I was comfortable with my new phone and that everything was working properly. They got very busy close to close and Ashley was great with helping myself and another couple and still managed to go above and beyond. Thank you for always giving us great service at this location.
Ashley was very polite, connect for success sent me a new phone and she helped get it all set up, very grateful because I got to keep my phone number and my same email!!!!
Ashley was fantastic, got my phone online and came in to get it set up. We got me a case and protector at a great price Also told me benefit of the Roger's card which online couldn't have bothered with. Great service!
Terrible service and the company is being run by scammers. I constantly get spam calls from people at Rogers trying to sell me internet when I keep telling them I'm not interested. I had to block the numbers they call me from it got so bad, the lady yesterday told me that since I have an account with Rogers that I cant opt out of these phonecalls. I also got scammed by an employee from a service that they offered - They sent me a new phone but the employee sent the wrong one and when i sent it back - they gave me a UPS slip ... read more
