Didn’t get the lady’s name working today, but she was amazing short brown, Wavy hair glasses… I spent three hours on the phone with Apple and another hour with Rogers and nobody could fix it. I wasn’t even there one minute and she had it working. So the lady who’s ever working today in the morning sept 17th add the Orangeville Rogers store… You’re amazing and maybe you should train those techs at head office cause they knew nothing!! Thank you, thank you
Recently my mom has been going into the Rogers store here in town to get assistance with her services and has dealt with one associate in particular, her name is Emily. I want to say thank you for being so kind and friendly and giving my mom advice and guidance. Having been a manager for many years in retail, if that is how you treat all customers then that store should be very thankful to have you as an employee. Thank you again for your great customer service.
Today Liam is helping us regarding the new phone and some services, because my English not so good he is so patient to do all the service for us.. we are so appreciate your company has a very good employee.
