I had a problem with Rogers that no one else could fix for a long time, and we were even thinking of suing Rogers for the complete run-around and frustration, BUT, this Maheen was able to push through and fix it. She should be promoted. If I could give her ten stars I honestly would.
I've been with Rogers for a few years now. I needed to upgrade my phone on my plan, so went to do so but had just renewed 2 of my photo IDs. They refused to help me saying they weren't valid! They are legal, valid IDs, just waiting for the new ones to arrive in the mail, but still valid! If police pulled me over, they would agree they are valid! The frustrating employee told me to get an age of majority card (I'm in my 40s), and I'd still be waiting for that in the mail too, so why would that be the suggestion??? Every singl... read more
Extremely rude and dismissive staff.
I went to this store to upgrade my I-phone and to renew my contract. Slightly over 3 hours dealing with a staff member, who transferred all my data to new phone and then wiped the new phone’s data rather than the old phone, and needed to data transfer everything again. When it was 1/2 done the staff member wiped the old phone’s data. She guaranteed that everything was in the I-Cloud and would finish transferring overnight. She was wrong!
