Hard to come by good service these days… but WOW Jordan was amazing. Had so much compassion and understanding and helped me and my family with switching plans getting phones and all the above!!!! I dealt with a very knowledgeable individual named Bradon and as a Boomer, I understand what customer service is. He was extremely patient and explained everything that was happening and not happening with my phone. He gave me his personal number because I couldn't use my calling feature in my phone do to a Chatr mess up, but I could text. I've been without a calling feature for over 2 weeks now and I was reluctant on texting, but Brandon responded extremely quickly to give some more advice.
