Visited Roger's Store @ Southcentre mall in Calgary today. Parker took care of me and worked hard to find the best internet bundle for our Calgary home and Victoria, BC apartment. A painless experience.....thanks Parker. Ian
Great experience here! Fantastic! We switched my physical SIM card to an e-sim and Parker did a fantastic job helping us out. There was some weird data blockage between my old phone and new phone and Parker helped us out through the entire thing! Such a polite and patient guy and even switched our caller ID’s. Thanks to him my phone is working good as new and I can’t imagine how tough it is to deal with these kind of issues all day! Great place would highly recommend! :)

Thank you to Kate at Rogers Southcentre Mall! Kate helped my husband, myself and two family members change providers, reduce our monthly payments and get new phones. Kate took the time to explain the different options, find us applicable discounts, and choose the plan best suited for each of us. Then Kate even helped us transfer and set up our new phones. She was super knowledgeable, patient, friendly and helpful! We will definitely return to this Rogers location to see Kate in the future.
