My wife and I came in to review our accounts and merge two plans, and were met by Anastasia, who was simply incredible. She was knowledgeable, clear, friendly and outstanding at navigating plans, options and the seriously complicated processes. We walked in wondering if we would still be Roger’s customers at the end of the day, and left singing the praises of a simply incredible employee. Anastasia makes you look good, Roger’s!
Very disappointing experience. I was promised certain things upfront, but unfortunately, the actual service did not match what was promised. There was a lack of communication and follow-through, and I felt that expectations were set much higher than what was ultimately delivered. I understand that things can happen, but I expected the company to stand behind their promises and communicate honestly. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this business based on my experience.
Visited Roger's Store @ Southcentre mall in Calgary today. Parker took care of me and worked hard to find the best internet bundle for our Calgary home and Victoria, BC apartment. A painless experience.....thanks Parker. Ian
Great experience here! Fantastic! We switched my physical SIM card to an e-sim and Parker did a fantastic job helping us out. There was some weird data blockage between my old phone and new phone and Parker helped us out through the entire thing! Such a polite and patient guy and even switched our caller ID’s. Thanks to him my phone is working good as new and I can’t imagine how tough it is to deal with these kind of issues all day! Great place would highly recommend! :)
