Brayden (possibly wrong spelling) was extra helpful. I was switching over my extra old iPhone 12 to a 17, and he stuck with me the entire time while the iCloud info was transferring over. Great dude!

Worst experience at a Rogers store. Arrived at 4:30 PM and the door was LOCKED during business hours. Employee Noah let me in but refused to help, refused to do my SIM to eSIM swap, refused to access my account even after I showed full ID, and then told me to leave the store. When I asked for his name he refused to give it. The store manager was sitting in the back watching everything and did absolutely nothing.
