Very disappointing experience. We came in simply to ask about internet services for our home, but the blonde lady who assisted us was dismissive, disrespectful, and seemed unwilling to help. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service. We left feeling unwelcome and disappointed.

I can’t say enough good things about Madison, the manager at this Rogers store. My 78-year-old dad was switching from an Android to an iPhone and was understandably nervous and anxious about the change. Madison went far above and beyond to make the experience comfortable and stress-free. She was patient, honest, and took the time to explain things in a way that made sense to him. Shout out to Noah!! Last Saturday my husband and I were initially having a very difficult time with Rogers while trying to set up our SIM cards. Our door to door rep, Tom, completely ghosted us, after telling me not to set up our phones without his help. Then we tried calling the phone number, and tried the online "help" (who told us they aren't able to help with that and told me to call the phone # I already called 4 times). Was into Rogers, Eagleson location. Got new phones for my wife and I and was dealing with Noah. This was the best cell phone purchase ever. Noah was polite, informative and being older folks, assisted in getting our devices set up. Told us to stop back anytime if we needed anything else. I'd recommend Noah to anyone looking for a phone. He was a delight to deal with.
