Emily was exceptional had an personalized great experience with my new phone. Very knowledgeable. She set up my new phone as well :)))
Terrible. I showed up at the store in the afternoon. 2 hrs before closing. The store sign says “open”. It is locked for safety, but the sign says knock. Tried numerous times. No one came. Tried calling the store, sent to voicemail. Beyond frustrating.
My family and I just came from the Rogers store on Eagleson where we were exceptionally taken care of by Noah and the rest of the staff. Noah took the time to understand what we were looking for and got us the plan that fit our needs at a very reasonable price. The personalized service that Noah provided to reset our phones and ensure all was working properly was top notch. Thanks Noah!
Emily was exceptional. Walked us through the entire process of changing our Internet and phones over to Rogers. She took the time to find us every savings she could and stayed late to finish setting us up. 10/10 experience!
