I had a very pleasant service from Rishita today at the Sherway Gardens location. I lost my SIM card and she helped me get a new one for my cell phone. She was kind, professional and helpful. She is a wonderful asset to the company. Thanks so much for your help, Rishita!

Horrible customer service, not staffed properly, ESL issues, lineup of of people in regular hours cause everyone on break, only person on duty would not even recognize anyone unless they came up and promoted a response … absolutely useless as compared to other locations… went to Bloor/Royal York.. great service … close the store !
Store Manager Rajnish was unwelcoming. Needs 101 customer service training. Should be a store manager at all!
