I have two comments to share. Firstly, this store uses a very strong air freshener. So if you’re someone who is sensitive to scents, gets migraines, or has allergies, I would not come here. Secondly, the sales associate could not provide any help to me. His response to all my questions was either a shrug of the shoulder or a ‘I don’t know’ comment. Older Indian man who was not helpful. When a customer takes the time to come into a store, it would be helpful if the staff were more informed about their products.

The lady (Sneha) helping me and my friend was not helpful. All she did was huff and puff and rolled her eyes while helping us get an eSIM. My friend account is now marked as fraud because Sneha messed up.

The situation was as follows: I walked into the store and approached the counter where the managers were standing. I greeted them politely. Instead of immediately paying attention to me, the two managers were busy talking to each other, sharing some information and laughing. They seemed to be having a great time, possibly discussing personal matters, and only after that did they finally pay attention to me. I had to repeat my phone number six times.
