We went to store today to buy Iphone 18 pro and there was a wait for 15 mins, after that when a CSR name Urvish was helping us he asked “Do you have plan to buy phone ?” I don’t understand why a person would wait for 15 mins in store and not have plan to buy a phone. After that I didnt have my physical id and that person start away said I can’t help you instead we can show digital id or have a better way to say that. Need to train the staff how to talk to a customer
Both stores in square one mall have very por customer service
They have been scamming people for a while now. They lie to you to get you into a contract. But when the bill arrives, it's totally something else. I have been on the phone this month for over thirty hours. And my issues still haven't been resolved yet. I wouldn't be surprised if they're actually selling your confidential identities too. This square one location is a mess. PLEASE stay as far as you can. Do you wish for good health? And sanity? please cancel everything with Rogers NOW!
