Thus is horrible place if you are expecting to get any customer service. First of all they are absolute snobs just not ready to invest their time in understanding the person's problem. Too snobbish to explain or give any solutions. The only thing they were taught to do is redirect the customer care over phone. And good luck if customer care lines are down. Rogers was my 1st option from ending my plan with Fido but once I entered Rogers in this location holy smokes it’s smells so bad in there! You can’t even breathe honestly! They should prioritize the hygiene first!!!! To make the customers feel more welcome because not everyone can handle the smell like I do. I ended up getting freedom plan instead.
