Vasu was an incredible Rogers Representative at Kildonan Mall. He was very helpful, personable and make a personal connection to me which made my whole experience extremely pleasant. So much so, I’m making this Rogers location my main one from here-on-out. The fact they can also take care of all my Home Internet needs with Rogers Together with Shaw makes this a primary spot for me. Vasu assisted me in adding a tablet to my Mobile Plan for only $15 a month. What a great location and staff. Thank you again Vasu.

This location offers you worst employees. She was yelling at me. Fido over charged me by $75 and I just asked her to get it fixed. She called security service on me. You get over charged in bill and if you ask them they call security guard to through you out. Humiliation for asking to explain the overcharged bills.

Terrible! I went to get phone Sim card activated and they took one out of old phone and put in new phone. The new sim card that rogers sent me they tried to keep telling me that it was a blank. I called rogers and they said it wasn't a blank and they shouldn't have tried to keep it. I'll tell you it took 2 days to get thru to rogers on there help line to ask about sim card. Service has gone down hill. Avoid if possible.
