This Roger’s location is located in Kildonan Place mall on Regent avenue in Winnipeg. I had an absolutely horrible experience with the customer service representative in the store named Prab. She was extremely rude, condescending, abrupt, and not helpful. She caused me stress and did not treat me with a basic level of decency that all people should be treated with. wanted to give a big shout out to Spencer! I was in the other day trying to get a new phone as I hated the Samsung flip phone, he was super helpful!!
Went in to change over 2 plans from other providers. Great experience, Spencer was knowledgeable and very efficient. We ended up with the perfect coverage for us and we're in and out in less than half an hour. Thanks Spencer!
