Very disappointing experience at this Rogers location. The staff seemed poorly trained and did not know how to properly assist with even basic questions or issues. Instead of getting clear answers or a solution, I was left frustrated and without any real help. I honestly did not expect this level of service from a Rogers store. The whole experience felt unprofessional and was a complete waste of my time. I definitely will not be returning to this location and would not recommend it to others.
Absolutely Amazing Service Jason from the Polo Park Rogers location was SO helpful and accommodating! He went above and beyond to fix an issue that was caused by another employee. We had already wasted both time and money on a plan that didn’t work for us, and we were honestly ready to switch to a different provider.
