I had a very disappointing experience with one of your staff members. I waited in line for nearly an hour, and when I was finally assisted, the employee (sitting at one of the last tables, wearing black glasses, the Indian guy) discussed a plan with me and assured me there was a discount available, so we got 2 plans from him. A terrible company.
Got my home wifi setup and also my phone plan and I am really satisfied. Jason helped me and he is a great person. He explained everything in detail, got me what I needed at the best price possible. If you want any services from Rogers or plan to switch, go and meet Jason, he's the guy.

There are always promotions going on so it’s good to stop by and check it out. Service is professional and very friendly. Free parking is available.
