DEPLORABLE is the only word that can describe my multiple futile attempts to contact Billiing or Customer Service at Rogers!!! Had the service for 14 days the bill was higher then told internet so slow snails move faster we were told all our devices would work my husband's tablet never did connect spend 3 hours on the phone to get help even technician couldn't figure out what was wrong and if I want to cancel the service they want 750 dollars and I'm refusing to pay the bill until they fix the issue
