I went to the Rogers at Lougheed Town Centre to upgrade my cell phone. The staff, especially Marvan, was very helpful in assisting me in getting the best deal and service. While I was there, I also had the staff help me optimize and upgrade my internet and TV service. At the end of the day, their staff's dedication to good customer service helped me get a newer cell phone, better and more affordable plan for both my cell service and TV package. Worst customer service!!!! Asked to assist for smart watch plan, as directed from Rogers solution & technical support team. The store customer service lady flat out saying they DO NOT do technical support there. I had a terrible experience here while trying to set up home internet. The customer service was disgusting, and I was spoken to like I was less than human while the manager just stood there and watched. It seems like they’ll hire just about anybody these days instead of people who actually value customer service. The experience was so bad that I had to go to another location just to get my service set up. The staff here should seriously be investigated and held accountable.
