The staff don’t seem to know what they’re talking about. I was given incorrect information serval times about the monthly protection plan on my phone, and even to get that information I had to go get my id because my wife was told she couldn’t do anything on the account as she “wasn’t authorized” ok, we jump through the hoops and get our business done that day. Went to store yesterday to have help transferring data and apps. I apologize for forgetting the young ladies name but what an overall nice person. Very helpful, great personality and what else can you ask for. Phone ready to go in little time and mentioned to come back if anything is wrong. If you have employees like this recognition goes a long way and dealing with customers they sure deserve it. Thank you!
We went to Roger's St.Thomas Ontario this morning frustrated as all could be. We have a beautiful girl, Shyanna ,wait on us can came out all smiles.Her knowledge is remarkable. She answered all of our questions and helped me configure my phone set up so easy . If we could ,we'd give Shyanna 1 million out of 5. Be sure and ask for her and you won't be disappointed

I have never been in this store where the service was simple and effective. Today my husband went in to the store to transfer his phone which was set up by Rogers during a phone call. I am very ill and the employee told my husband I would have to come in to the store because my name is on the account. He explained that I’m very ill and they didn’t care.
