Be careful of cons that pretend they are from Rodgers. They have hinge up on me 2x 2 different callers after not agreeing to change my phone service. The number was bogus. Easr Indian accent. Using someone else's phone. Born at night ..not last night.

After hours of frustration trying to get in touch with Rogers customer service I went into the Roger’s store and was greeted by Shyanna. She showed me how I could save money and she took care of the changeover of 4 phones. She is very knowledgeable and friendly and goes the extra mile. Thanks for your help Tom

The staff don’t seem to know what they’re talking about. I was given incorrect information serval times about the monthly protection plan on my phone, and even to get that information I had to go get my id because my wife was told she couldn’t do anything on the account as she “wasn’t authorized” ok, we jump through the hoops and get our business done that day. I go back about a month or so later and ask to have my wife have all the same authority I do over the account and am told she already has that, and has for over 5 yea... read more

Went to store yesterday to have help transferring data and apps. I apologize for forgetting the young ladies name but what an overall nice person. Very helpful, great personality and what else can you ask for. Phone ready to go in little time and mentioned to come back if anything is wrong. If you have employees like this recognition goes a long way and dealing with customers they sure deserve it. Thank you!
