The staff name Tim I think he is store manager not sure but name is Tim 100% From the moment I walked up, the representative showed zero interest in assisting us. When there was a communication barrier and I politely asked him to repeat or clarify what he had just said, he lost his temper and literally punched the counter right in front of me.
