My wife and I have been customers at this location for 2 years now. Initially we met with Vikram, who then got us first a really good wireless plan and 2 Galaxy s24s (2024), then next month got us a really good deal on Gigabit internet with streaming services. Fast forward to now in 2026, and we just updated our 2 wireless lines with Joseph, now trading in for Galaxy s26s (2026), and actually saving a couple dollars monthly with even more data. Did some banking with Rogers, and accidentally overpayed them. It took more than a month to get my money back and cost me $25 through my bank. I made a complaint with Rogers (never meaningfully heard back from them), and spent hours getting shuffled around their “customer service” maze (mostly waiting on hold.
I had a wonderful experience at the Rogers store in tsawassen mills. The manager, I’m sorry if I have your name wrong, but I believe it was Sharon helped me with purchasing a new iphone, and stressful difficulties I was having with iPhone and privacy breach issues. She helped me set up my new phone, and taught me how to prevent my concerns on my new phone. She went above and beyond and was extremely helpful. Rogers 5G down/fails within 5 min as connection drops away for both internet on Samsung flip phone as well as for our Nokia 5g internet connection and has gotten worse over last 7 days. Lucky the wife has a Freedom phone with internet we can depend on ... costs half what Roger's charge for just the phone and works great as a hot spot. Calling rogers was more than 30 minutes resulting in 'support' suggesting to call back on Monday. Santos is amazing!! Took no time at all to help me sort out my phone after transferring from Freedom. I have lost track of the number of chats and phone calls with Roger's customer service and most were not helpful at all. Thank you Santos.
