Great experience with Imran. I bought two iPads and was super pleased. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made the process easy. Never felt pressured just great customer service. Highly recommend. Went in today to Roger’s again, and like always imran helped with my services- he helped me update my phone to a newer iPhone 17. I left as a happy customer :) Had a pleasant time dealing with imran once again, helped me with a new phone with the best customer service
Imran helped me out 2 years ago, went back a few days ago and received nothing but exceptional service got a new phone and accessories couldn’t ask for more will be coming back to get home services as well
RICK! Rick should be in charge. People could learn from how awesome he is. After a very rude unfortunate encounter (with below) Rick greeted us with kindness, offered us water and a seat, he told us we could ask him anything and he would be sure we left with a good understanding. He told us no matter how long it takes, he was there until 9 and would be happy to help us. He answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to help us. Thank you Rick!
We drove from 30 mins outside of Edmonton to come here, as soon as this person started helping us he made us feel like he couldn’t wait to get rid of us. We had a few matters to look after, and some questions. The staff got my bills lowered by 300$ a month over my cell plans, and internet service combined. Without their knowledge of the current plans available I would have still been getting gouged by Telus. Thank you!
