What an excellent experience! We went to get a new cell phone at the Rogers store at Bayview Village mall. Mahyar, our salesperson, was fantastic! He was very pleasant and VERY patient as he explained everything to us. We will definitely return to this Rogers store and we will refer our friends and family as well. Very disappointing experience. I went in because my monthly bill suddenly increased by around $130. The staff member was very cold and seemed uninterested in helping. She told me right away that renewing my contract could only be done over the phone, but then tried to sell me a TV service and a credit card instead. After I declined, she asked, “Are you sure you won’t need to pay your own bills in the future?” and ended the conversation with “Enjoy your life.” The whole interaction felt very cold and uncomfortable.
