Went in yesterday and dealt with Shubhanji - later found out she’s the store manager. Anyhow, she was SO helpful that I was blown away. She took time to explain various options re: upgrading the cell phone & costs for the various models. She also outlined further ways to save money without being asked and was totally upfront & didn’t try to upsell us once. She is professional, courteous & answered each question head on. Just tried to Access their services , they are not welcoming, they whereabouts clothes and they were making excuses about network and they do repair also like physical credit card for buying #chatr plan . No tapping No inserting. They want physical card and wonder why 🤷
