Very disappointing customer service from the new staff at this location. I lost a full workday because my internet was down, and the employee I spoke with was careless and unhelpful. When I went to the store, he was rude and didn’t even try contacting Shaw. I didn’t feel valued as a loyal customer. The previous team was excellent, but the new employees lack basic customer service and soft skills. This location’s reputation will suffer if things don’t improve.
The team was amazing and kind, They brought for me the plan I needed a special thanks to Nanveet for her time and patience also. ☺️
