I had a great experience switching my phone service from Chatr to Fido yesterday. The staff were very friendly, patient, and professional. They explained everything clearly, helped me keep my phone number, and made the whole process quick and easy. Thank you for the excellent customer service. I highly recommend this Fido store!

I had an excellent experience at the Rogers store on South Trail thanks to Pratik. My family was dealing with a frustrating phone number porting issue, and he was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in solving it. He worked through the problem methodically until everything was sorted out. It’s rare to get this level of customer service, and I’d highly recommend asking for him if you’re dealing with anything complicated. Thank you, Pratik!

I visited Rogers on 4307 130 Ave SE #217, Calgary, AB T2Z 3V8. Did the upgrade for my phone and my wife's phone. Milad was extremely professional and helpful. I got to get a restraining order on these guys, if I tell you to stop calling me then STOP CALLING ME. Mikayla with customer service assured me that when I cancelled I’d stop receiving calls and that was a lie. 2 stars because if you’re a customer their services do work.
