First time in life i went to a Roger's store and the customer service experience was exceptional with Mr. INDERBIR who was very courteous listened to my concerns about the Rogers account and helped me choose rhe best option with significant discount and credits. I really appreciate his professionalism and recommend this store for any inquiry about Roger's services.

I am extremely disappointed and honestly feel cheated by this experience. The associate added a Premium Device Protection plan for $23.99/month to my phone account, which I never asked for. I am 100% sure I did not request this protection plan. Yes, I signed the agreement without reading every single detail because I trusted the associate and thought I was simply signing the regular phone agreement. This is seriously unacceptable.
