Extremely disappointed with the service I received from this Rogers location and especially the manager. This was one of the most irresponsible and unprofessional experiences I’ve had. I went in to get a phone, and the staff gave me the phone without properly checking the requirements first. If there were eligibility or requirement issues, that should have been checked BEFORE giving me the phone. The next day, I was told that I had to return the phone or pay a 60% down payment. What a fantastic experience at this location. I was looked after by Nandidi she displayed amazing customer service. From the moment she opened the door till the time I left I was impressed with her customer service and her product and plan knowledge. I was there for a return phone and wanted to keep my monthly payments around the same. She was able to set me up with a plan less than what I already paid.
