Only 2 of your agents ever take the time to fully investigate an issue otherwise I'm told that you have no way to contact Rogers, it's ridiculous since you're a Rogers store, when I call Rogers they too ate confused as to why I'm calling and not the store. I wasted 5hrs yesterday between your store and customer care.
