I visited this store twice and had a very disappointing experience both times. One of the staff members was not available at the front and remained in the back for several minutes before coming out. When he finally assisted me, I was told that my request could not be completed the same day. I then visited another Rogers store, where they were able to help me right away without any issues. Based on my experience, the customer service at this location was very poor, and I would not recommend it.

Good store in Brampton stores, and very good customer support. The exicitive Arpreet was given to me good customer support

Got a new phone for my wife and told to set up sim at home. Problem was they never assigned the Esim to it. Took it to another store and got that resolved. For what you pay that should always be done at the store IMO. Then notice the data on another phone was disabled. Was told that the shared data would remain among three lines. Store reps are there for making the sale and moving on to the next customer rather than ensuring everything done to customer needs and requests.

Michael M., the manager of the Shoppers World store is an amazing example of great customer service. He is knowledgeable, friendly & resolved all my issues in a timely manner. He was patient with all of my questions & explained in a simple manner for me. See Michael at this store, you won't regret it!
