Arpreet assisted us in finding the appropriate mobile phone plan. She was patient, kind and well informed, assisting us in understanding the different cellphone plans that were available. This in turn allowed for making a worry free decision on the plan best suited to our needs. We were very impressed with the customer service at this location.
I had a great experience with the rogers employee Nav who helped me with my SIM issue. I was very stressed and confused about the situation, but he took the time to understand everything, explained all the options clearly, and solved my issue instantly. He also gave me helpful suggestions and recommended what would be best for my situation instead of simply trying to sell me something.
