I had a wonderful experience with AJ, the Rogers manager, who helped me switch from Bell to Rogers. AJ was extremely helpful, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the transfer much easier than I expected. I would like give zero star but Google will not allow me to proceed without giving one to this store . I went to this store to take pass because I was travelling Europe . I specified to agent Parampreet am going to Europe .i don’t know what was wrong with him ,he gave me Asia travel pass and when I got my bill it was much more $525..
