I have visited a lot of branches of rogers before but on this location just because of jashvin i feel very comfortable because of her politeness and helpful nature….so ya…she is the best…

SCAMMERS …. i went to buy new phone … guy said my plan will be the same i.e 80 dollar per month … what he actually did … gave me new plan of 120 and put a discount of 40 dollar on it … guess what happen next month … discount removed Went to store … they siad it was done by company and they cannot undo it Called customer care … they said it in store discount … only store associates can do it And in all these .. i had 2nd line discount of 15 dollars … that was removed because I switched plans … 40+15 =55 *24 = 1320 dollar scam... read more
If there is one thing I love is good solution oriented customer service. Amish was the embodiment of that. Thank you Amish for the beautiful Rogers experience.
I had a great experience at the Rogers store today. Mr. Aman was very professional, patient, and knowledgeable. He figured out the issue with my phone and fixed it efficiently. He also explained everything clearly and made sure my phone was working perfectly before I left. Excellent customer service and a very friendly attitude. I really appreciate Aman’s help and would definitely recommend this store to others. Employees like him are truly the company’s best assets.
