Called to inquire about buying a phone in store to replace online order and staff was very unhelpful. I’m not going to take time out of my day to come into the store if you can’t tell me whether or not you have the product I have already ordered.
This place is a scam call center that never stops calling you. Block them. Don't ever visit. Go to a different Rogers store with a better customer service.
The service is terrible and the customer service is awful; they can't help you with anything.
Every time I go there service is great! Large clean store, manager Shelly goes above and beyond to fix any problem.
Prachi went above and beyond to help us resole an issue. She was extremely patient, attentive, and stayed with us while contacting the helpline to find a solution. She made sure everything was properly taken care of. Excellent customer service and truly appreciated her dedication and kindness.
