Waste of time going to these Rogers outlets. They have almost zero customer service and you cant talk person to person about a problem. Also the man i spoke to today was rude to me.
Staff were unprofessional slumped at tables with food and waterbottles everywhere. The female staff was unsympathetic and rude unable to assist me. Do better Rogers.
On hold forever. Impossible to ever talk to a real person. Prices are not good for what you get.
Horrible experience from the moment I entered this place! I encountered Mark which in no time I started wondering how is this person working there! I am not saying he was neutral or simply unpleasant, but straight up rude!!! He gave me a terrible deal which I am so glad I had rejected because I was able to find a way better deal somewhere else!
