Horrible experience from the moment I entered this place! I encountered Mark which in no time I started wondering how is this person working there! I am not saying he was neutral or simply unpleasant, but straight up rude!!! He gave me a terrible deal which I am so glad I had rejected because I was able to find a way better deal somewhere else! I visited the Rogers store to complete a number transfer, and my experience was disappointing. The representative, Mark, was noticeably rude and unprofessional. From the moment I explained my situation, his attitude made it clear he had no interest in helping beyond doing the bare minimum. As a customer, I came in specifically because I needed assistance, and instead of being guided, I felt rushed and dismissed.
