I went in here February and did a small plan change. Then on next month bill I was charged $20. Apparently if you see a Roger’s agent or speak to one to change your plan you have to pay a $20 service charge. This was never told to me by the agent at this location and it’s been 3 months + of me still dealing with Roger’s to get my money back. Shafiq was a great help switching me form bell to Roger's.i am going to be saving 40 bucks off of my old phone provider.now I pay 50 bucks a month instead of 98.i also got extra features with no extra charge.
