1/5 Extremely disappointing and concerning experience at this Rogers store. I ordered two iPhone 18 Pro Max 2TB devices for store pickup and received a call confirming that my devices were ready. When I arrived, Fraser was assisting me. What followed made no sense. I was first told that one of my devices had been sold to someone else. Daniel M is absolutely amazing, he worked so hard to get us the best deals and answered every question along the way. We ran into service issues and he answered the phone and helped us immediately. We will continue coming back to Rogers for him and his customer service alone. Seriously the best customer service rep I have ever dealt with - I cannot sing his praises enough!!
Prathu I had a really great experience at Rogers in White Oaks Mall! I had been dealing with some frustrating issues with my home internet and billing, and I was honestly feeling pretty stressed about the whole situation. Thankfully, the person who helped me was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. Prarthana is a liar. Be extremely careful buying a new phone from her or her indian colleagues. She told me the $80 setup fee would only be reduced to $40 if I bought accessories from her. She then added monthly phone protection and told me it was mandatory and couldn’t be removed, even though it’s optional. On top of everything else, she told me I could only buy the phone if I applied for a Rogers Mastercard, then entered HER OWN EMAIL ADDRESS on my application instead of mine.
