Absolutely useless! I went in the store to get my bill fixed from a credit that was promised and owed. They said they would call customer service. So I’m on hold over an hour on the phone at the store. How idiotic! Only to be told I would get a credit in 30 days on the next bill. It’s been 3 billing cycles already and nothing. I told them to cancel my service and was told I have to pay over $400 cancellation fee for a contract I never agreed to. I made a complaint to the CRTC and BBB. Fraser was amazing! Honestly he made a really difficult process as seamless and nice as possible, all while being calming and professional during a stressful situation. I’ll be back to this location for his help regarding any of my Rogers needs going forward.
I have been extremely frustrated with Rogers lately due to the long wait times and multiple calls being disconnected after being on hold for over an hour. Daniel completely changed my experience. We came in and got 2 new lines and 2 new phones William helped us out. He was nice, quick and very helpful. He helped save us money on our bundles.
