We asked for North America croamong coverage and we were told we have it. Travelled to Mexico and we used our phone there. When we came back to Canada they charged us $428. They said we only had Canada and US roaming. For me Mexico is part of North America. Left them right away. They would not give us a break. I understand that's my fault too. When I tried to call them from Mexico we could not reach anyone live person. Shitty customer service.
Took in two iPhones and an iPad last Saturday that I had picked up for Christmas for the family. Maher & Roberto provided excellent service and got the devices up and running in no time.
Norman was very understanding, efficient, and courteous when handling my issue with previous phone and Setting up my new one. He went above and beyond. During this time of year when it is tougher to be calm and kind he was an absolute pleasure to work with when solving my issues.
Went in today to get a replacement Sim. The store manager was kind, courteous, and didn't even charge me for it. Customer service makes a big first impression and this store didn't miss.
Stopped taking cash cash is a legal tender form of trade and u tell the goverment makes it illegal all stores doing buisness should take cash.
