I really appreciate the friendly staff at Roger's. They are very knowledgeable and supportive.
I lost my phone on July 19th. The insurance sent a new to me. However I don't remember passwords very we'll. Matthew helped a lot to straighten it out and get going again.
Unfortunately I was not able to get the help I needed at this store, the employee not only seemed annoyed with me but was hardly paying attention as he was on the phone on hold with someone while attempting to help me, my issue has still not been resolved days later and im unsure where else to go for help since there isn't another store in the area.
Matt did all he could to help remedy my problem with Roger’s error and poor online customer service….
