Spent total of 3 hours on 2 separate calls with Rogers, at the end of the 2nd call the tech recommended visiting the local store. I was trying to get an e-sim for my new iPhone, my previous phone had a physical sim. I was quite frustrated by Rogers client phone service. I took the advice, the store rep knew right away how to fix things. I was on my way in less than half an hour with a working iPhone. Top notch service at Rogers Georgetown. If I could rate the store above the top 5/5 I would. Thanks!!!
