Thieves, Fraudsters, employees make errors at the cost of customers. Can’t answer phone calls or solve problems they create problems. Be careful with that they say and what they send you in email. The sales people are unethical just doing cross selling without disclosing everything.
There is an online fraud going on, in the name of Rogers . First they will offer free phone, you will order yourself and will ask to wait to receive it as they will activate the promotion after. Once you receive the phone, they will act to activate the promotion but will say oh there is an error and it cannot be activated. It is a scam, signed up with a company, I kept all the info during the sign up, got charged much more, I thought it's just the first 2 months and wait a bit and called them over 3 weeks. They cut off my lines over 2 hours wait. One time they said someone will call me but it's a lie. I keep all the evidences and will see how I can report them.
Extremely disappointed. I’ve been a loyal customer for decades, and this is how Fido (owned by Rogers) rewards that loyalty.
