This is mostly for Rogers Head Office rather a specific store. I've been being a client for 8+ years and never support was so terrible and exsosting as now. Simple move request brokes the entire algorithms completely. The agents are nice and great but there actions are terribly limited. They have to forward you from one to another and every wait takes hours! Online agent cannot do this. I cannot do this online. Agents at the store do not have access, to complete my request eaither. Disgusting service. Rogers, instead of firing your employees and outsourcing work why don't you invest in them instead? Trying to sort out a billing issue, multiple options to press on your phone which only leads you to an AI bot who pushes you back to the app. Top tip: if you tell the bot you want to speak to a real person they will put you through to one but warning, you will need to wait a long, long time! Been on the line for 15mins and counting, time to switch providers!
