Rogers, I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with how my case has been handled. After a fraud incident, my personal information was compromised, and I'm still dealing with unresolved charges, including fees for an iPhone 17 Pro I never had. Worst experience. Gave me a call back time and never called. Made me call back like 6 times. The Ai is a joke, they dont want you talking to people so you make mistakes. Can't wait to change.
Rude and useless
Dum and dummer As time progresses, Rogers’ customer service regresses. I can’t even express how frustrated I am. I wanted either to get a discount on my home security package or cancel it. It took 3 days, 5 hours, and 5 different people for me to finally get it done. By the end, I started getting kind of rude, and some poor girl in Technical Support had to cancel the service for me — because one of the people from the Cancellation Department transferred me to Technical Support. Rogers, bringing Third World level service to formerly First World Canada. Probably the worst, bottom of the barrel company in the West. Switching to Starlink.
