I had a very frustrating experience with this place. The staff was rude both over the phone and in person. Only the person who explained to me the procedure was kind. When I initially called to confirm the address few days before, they gave me the wrong information, and left it on a voicemail. When I called back to clarify, they responded with attitude and didn’t even apologize for the mistake. I don't usually like to leave bad reviews but this place deserves it. The staff is rude and borderline incompetent. They misdialed my phone number and blamed me for missing an appointment. When asking questions, I'm met with eye rolls. I visited once to get my sleep monitoring device and received two very expensive bills, but I don't know what they were for.
