(apologizing in advance for the length) i hate to give a one star because the staff who actually set me up with the at-home and in-house sleep studies were great, but the way the "doctor" handles things is crazy. erica brousseau. not sure what her actual medical title is, but she's the one who saw me for my follow-ups. the first meeting with her was to discuss my results. turns out i have both obstructive and central, and my AHI was 73. so i was honestly pretty freaked out when i heard that i was almost at 2.5x the threshold... read more
Happy. Does take a while to get results, which they explained to me at visit. SUPER THANKFUL for the receptionist who explained things after the confusion. The confusion was because my physician got the results and told them to me before sleep center did. (This was a month after the sleep study). So I thought I had to go through my Dr. I will note that my physican 's student assistant told me to call around for CPAP that my insurance would take. Not really sure how to catagorize it. I thought they would call me a few weeks after the test with the results. A month later, I went to my person physican, whom told me the sleep study results. Figured they told her instead, wish they had told me too, but whatever. However, 1 full week later, to the day, someone from the Roger Williams sleep study office called me to ask me if I wanted to set up an appointment so that they could discuss the results with me.
