Best Surgeon I've Seen Dr.Koness has operated on me five times at the VA.He never insults your intelligence nor talks down. In one instance,he responded from home to repair a life-threatening hemorrhage rather than leave it to a resident. Dr.Koness has also done three cancer surgeries and a major hernia surgery with no collateral damage. I would recommend him without reservation Waiting times at the VA are out of his control.
